Meet our providers
We believe meaningful care begins with feeling heard. Our work is grounded in respect for each person’s experiences, goals, and pace.

Hannah Burford
LCSW
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, Hannah moved to San Diego from Boston in 2023, and brings deep passion for walking alongside neurodivergent adults on their healing journeys.
Hannah believes you are the expert on your own life, and sees their role as helping you uncover your strengths as you work through life’s challenges together. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, Hannah creates a space that is warm, safe, and affirming, where you are truly seen, heard, and valued. They believe care is as individual as you are, because no two journeys are alike.
In your first session, you’ll simply get to know each other. You can expect to be met with warmth and compassion, and treated with the respect every person deserves. Hannah's hope is that, together, you build a life where you feel fully yourself.

Maria Quinonez
AMFT #144840 · Supervised by Alondra Hernandez, LMFT #143034
Maria works with adults, teens, and couples who are moving through hopelessness, disconnection in their relationships, or a hard season of change. Maybe you feel stuck in a situation that won’t shift, thrown off by something sudden, or simply unsure how to build a life that feels more like your own. Wherever you are, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Grounded in evidence-based practice and genuine, respectful care, she offers a steady and safe space to name what you need, clarify your goals, and find your way toward healing. Together, you’ll move at the pace that’s right for you, toward change that lasts.
Her approach is integrative and psychodynamic, drawing on CBT and DBT tools where they fit your situation. She honors your values, priorities, and the strengths already in you and in your relationships. As you work together, you can nourish a sincere and deeply rooted confidence.
Reaching out is the hardest part, and you’re already doing it. She would be honored to walk with you toward the life you want to live.

Carolina Herrera
APCC #13315 · Supervised by Alondra Hernandez, LMFT #143034
Carolina's background is in early childhood: for years she supported young children and their caregivers in early childhood programs, and she supervised home-based services for pregnant women and families with children from birth to age five. That work gave her a deep, firsthand understanding of child development, the dynamics that shape families, and the very real burnout that parents and caregivers carry.
Her approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed. She pays close attention to the bond between parent and child, and to how our earliest relationships shape the way we connect, cope, and grow. She meets you where you are, without judgment, and works in partnership with you to set goals that matter to you. She also draws on CBT and DBT tools to support practical, lasting change. As a bilingual and culturally responsive therapist, she holds space for your language, your culture, and the context of your life.
Whether you’re navigating the early years of parenthood, supporting your child, or tending to your own healing, you don’t have to do it alone. Carolina would be honored to work alongside you.
